Our staff members are 20-year veterans of the US military, a global supply chain expert, PhDs and a PhD Candidate, a Police Deputy, two Police Chiefs, and a world-class lawyer. Everyone that has joined our ranks is peer-reviewed and comes from a place of having “been there”. Our PhD folks both served in the Marine Corps Infantry, our all-star lawyer was in the Army JAG Corps and deployed to Afghanistan twice, and was later General Counsel for the Federal Government by Presidential Appointment. Our Police Deputy served as a homicide investigations unit supervisor, our Police Chief runs one of the most dynamic municipalities in Illinois, and our expert logistician was in charge of a team that cleared up part of the supply chain crisis of 2021.

On the tactical training side, all instructors are either combat veterans or police SWAT team members. We are honored to have career Marine infantrymen and Special Operations Forces personnel among our ranks.
